FAQ
Which diagnostic mode should I choose?
Start with Quick (12 questions) if you're new to thinking about a job change. Choose Standard (20 questions) to uncover your job change pattern beyond directional scores. Go with Deep (25 questions) if you want precise analysis linked to salary, gap cost, and other financial calculators. All modes let you bookmark or share results via the result URL.
How are the 6 axes structured?
The six axes are: Money (compensation adequacy), Career (growth path), Fit (culture and team compatibility), Work-Life Balance (work–life equilibrium), Stability (employment security), and Growth Drive (learning and development environment). Each axis is measured by 2 questions — one assessing current dissatisfaction and one assessing post-move expectations. The radar chart shows the balance across all six axes, making it easy to spot your strongest and weakest dimensions.
Which of the 6 axes matters most?
It depends on personal values. Career growth and money are typically most critical; stability and work-life balance become more important in your mid-to-late career. This tool uses equal weights — apply your own priorities when interpreting.

Which tool should I use after the quiz?
This tool automatically recommends 3 tools in priority order. The typical sequence is: 1st pick (P&L Calculator) for quantitative validation → 2nd pick for timing or gap analysis → 3rd pick for risk assessment.
If two people have the same total score but different radar chart shapes, is the interpretation different?
Yes — even with the same total score, a different distribution across the 6 axes can point in completely opposite directions. For example, a score of 60 with high career and financial axes but low stability and work-life balance axes carries a very different meaning than the reverse. Check both the strong and weak axes on the radar chart and refer to the per-axis interpretation in the insight box below. The 6-axis distribution is a more meaningful basis for a job change decision than the total score alone.
